Hey, I’m Alina, Founder & CEO at Grow.Repeat. Here is my journey that led me to start a growth marketing agency helping tech brands grow and thrive.

For most of my career, I worked inside B2B tech startups helping build growth from early stages. Some of those companies went on to raise big rounds (hello, Series C), and a few even rang the IPO bell.

It was exciting, intense, and incredibly rewarding, but over time, I noticed some patterns.

Too often, growth was treated like a short-term sprint. Marketing became a checklist. Content got churned out without purpose.

Smart, scrappy, ambitious teams were stuck guessing what was actually working.

For a small tech company, it's essential to find partners invested in their goals, offering expertise, creativity, and a long-term perspective.

Great marketing partners are hard to come by.

This is why I set off to build something of my own.

I wanted to create the kind of agency I wish I had when I was in-house — the one that gets how startups work, speaks the same language, and delivers results.
